Terms of Service

Invicardo ("Invicardo", "we", "us") provides an online application for designing and publishing digital event invitation pages — such as weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use Invicardo.

Invicardo lets you build invitation pages in our editor and publish them to a public web address. Free accounts may create and preview designs; publishing a page and certain premium features require payment (see Section 4). We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. We currently offer a one-time fee to publish a single event page and optional recurring Creator subscriptions (monthly or yearly). Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You retain ownership of the text, images, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service and publish your pages. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to use it. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the service, send spam, or use it for fraudulent or illegal purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invicardo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
