Refund Policy

Invicardo sells digital products — the ability to publish event invitation pages and optional Creator subscriptions. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Polar, who issues receipts and handles refunds on our behalf.

Because publishing delivers a digital product immediately, this purchase is generally non-refundable once your page has been published. However, if something went wrong — for example a technical fault prevented your page from publishing — contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right or issue a full refund.

Creator subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the next period; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will review your request for a refund.
